Well I am happy with today's results. I did 40 minutes of Pilates this morning, walked to and from the grocery store today (2.8 miles round trip) and 5 minutes of Power Yoga right after which kicked my ass. And then I did my 5 minute toning routine that I just made up lol.
I haven't been counting cals today as tempted as I am. I am just eating what I want within reason and not binging or over-drinking. I'm so flabby because I have my period that it is freaking me out. Plus the b/p always makes me flabby too. And the fact that I worked out once in two weeks while binging and drinking like crazy did not help. my thighs are a lot bigger than before too.
I bought much needed groceries like tampons yay lol. I was worried the whole time I'd run in to my coworker and his GF. Not fun. But it was fine. I am on budget.
I've been working really hard at work, being productive. Really trying hard to pay attention to all details and not play on-line too much.
I want this month to be a success and I realize now I can't do all the stuff I planned to do. i don't have time to volunteer regularly or teach at Kaplan once a week. Too much. I will still be working full-time and next week I'll be taking 2 classes so that's all I have time for. I will try to rejoin Toastmasters and maybe go once a month but I can't do everything. With school, work, and working out I need to take it easy otherwise.
The Spurs won too so I am happy. Especially after we lost last night. We play the Heat Friday, should be fun! Too bad Parker is hurt though. We need to be at full-strength for this game.
