Pushing myself as hard as I can during my workouts. I have never been in good shape. I was not able to run a mile until about 3 years ago. Even before Is tarted smoking when i was a kid and had to run every day I couldn't do it. So now is the first time in my life that I might become in shape. I have to work harder than normal people because I am starting so far back. I used to be thin solely because of purging, smoking, starving and drugs. Now I want to at least have some strength and some endurance. I may never run a marathon but I don't want to be ashamed of myself anymore.
