new scale. 175.5 33.5 %body fat. Kill me now. Level 2 of the 30 day shred just kicked my ass. I did level one this morning (day 10) and just did day 1 of level 2) I am so tired but the number on the scale inspired me to keep going. My shoulders and hamstrings are VERY weak in general so all the plank poses were difficult if not impossible. But I won;t give up. Not this time.
