SO I woke up at 176 yesterday and came home form my walk weighing 174. I also weigh 174 this morning. I was at 176 for days with the occasionally 175 in there. I am finally under the half way point to the 1602. I need to be under 170 by next Friday (the 5th).
I had 980 cals on Monday and 1200 on Tuesday.I have made a rule that if I don;t lose weight I have to take 50 cals off the previous days cals, if I lose only a little weight (less than a pound) I take off 25 cals. Since I know you don;t truly lose 1 pound or more a day I will basically be taking away calories every day. Until I reach a point where I feel sick then back up to 1200.
I worked out 3 times again. 30-day shred, mile walk then yoga. None are too intensive except for the shred which is only 20 minutes and gets me started in the morning.
In other news work is going terribly. I am so bad at it and every five seconds I get in trouble. For being online (when I have no other work to do because no one explains anything) for downloading programs (hell IE sucks, chrome rules) and for generally trying to be proactive and screwing up/. Plus I had a vacation to NYC planned months ago before I got fired and I am not canceling it and they were all disappointed in me. i already cut it from 6 days to 4 only missing work Friday and Monday. it's for my BFF's b-day.
I am scared I will be fired within the next week. I hate this shit. So from now on no Internet, I will print things out to do when I a out of work like college apps and language practice since I want to learn Spanish. I will succeed.
Don;t know if HS guy is coming or not. He said he would at some point (since he si not coming this week thank goodness) but he didn't confirm when. If its not next weekend then its not at all this month. Which sucks because he will likely forget about me. But is good cause I will lose weight.
FML.
Dinner with an ex tonight who I don;t even want to hang out with. I am being nice. If he touches me I will punch him. I will tell him I'm married now lol, surprise motherfucker!
