b/ped twice toady after 2 weeks or so. i missed it, but not as mich as i used to. i have gained so much weight like 10-15 pounds i think. no scale so i dont know. but my clothes are much tighter. i must lose this weight. i am going to try for 200-300 cals during the day tomorrow since i am going out to 2 open bars tomorrow. i need some kind of indoor exercise that doesnt require a lot of space. where is that damn pilates article i have from Shape mag? Oh well.
