I am settling in to a nice pattern.
I awake at 5:45 or 6 AM. I work out, I have a bit of a protein smoothie, I shower, I dress and make up myself while listening to fun 90s music, like Elastica and L7. I walk to the train and get to work around 8:30. I work and listen to fun podcasts like Stuff You Should Know, Nerdist, Jordan Jesse Go, Judge John Hodgman or Startalk. I eat a little throughout the day. Not too much and not too little. I come home, eat dinner, and do crossword puzzles, study Spanish, play some brain training apps and watch a little free TV. Maybe read.Then sleep.
Very little social interaction but I am fine with that for now. I am getting to know myself again and trying to keep myself sane. I reward myself with crossword puzzles instead of booze. I work hard when I exercise instead of purging to lose weight. I aim to be better but not perfect. Just a better me. I cry less than I used to, though I did cry last night. Right now I am not drinking, smoking or b/ping. Good.
At work right now. I hate this job but whatever. If I had other things going on in my life, I'd hardly notice. Have to get on to that.
