Decided to add jumping rope to my workout routine. Ugh I'm exhausted. I started with only 90 second every half hour but progressed quickly to a minute on and a minute off for 5 minutes. 15 minutes so far today plus my 30 day shred level 3 and some walking later. Should turn out ok. Dont want to hurt myself.
We are going to restaurant week which is during my visit to NYC. Can you believe I never went the entire time I lived there? how fun!
I'm so tired but in a wonderful way.
