Ate too much but worked out a nice amount so I don't feel bad. I walked over 10,000 steps, which is 5.3 miles and I did my 30 day shred grudgingly. I drank last night and today but I think I'm over it. I've been cutting my drinking down a lot and now I'm not wanting to very much at all. I guess I'll take a break til NYC.
For a fleeting moment I thought my legs look thin and toned. So brief yet I saw it, saw how I really look maybe? I pushed through my workout and walked my miles.
Last holiday weekend I was weak. I drank every day and ate Chinese food and passed out repeatedly. I missed out on the fun of the holiday weekend because I was drunk or hungover and greasy and fat. I'm stronger and healthier and happier now.
