I am starting to like (not love haha) working out again. It goes in cycles. My stomach is flatter than it has been in years. Not as flat and nice as it was in college or high school but the best it's been since I moved back to Texas. The continued exercise and good carb diet is helping. I feel more energy and healthier without all the processed carbs anyway.
For the first time in months I didn't gain any weight due to overeating, over-drinking or too much sodium (though I did have a bit too much on Saturday). I was 3 pounds heavier last Monday due to an overindulgent weekend. It would take me 3 to 4 days to lose that weight and then I'd just do it again. Now I can just focus on being fit and losing fat. I want to look my best when I go to NY, both when I visit next month and when I move there to live.
I started cleaning out my stuff last night too. Piling up papers to get rid of and throwing away old tupperware, etc. I have a lot of shit to get rid of!
Time to shower.
