I have a new love of steel-cut oats. So good and worth the half an hour they take to cook. They are more enjoyable to eat and take longer too. Nice.
I made my meal plan for tomorrow and if I work out twice like I did last week, I will be able to drink and not go over my calories, and still eat dinner and my snacks. I am eating everything I ate today except for the protein bar so that added some calories. I will be under on my protein tomorrow but I'm further under on my carbs so it's OK. I even count the calories contained in my sprays of Pam (7 cals for a one second spray. It's only 0 cal if you spray like 1/5 of a second. Who does that?)
What should I do this weekend? Maybe I want to go shopping for a new pair of pants and two shirts. My budget is $50. I want to go to the movies but I will rent a DVD instead. I need to go to the grocery store AGAIN. I need eggs and a potato. So I'll go Saturday or Sunday morning.
I want to fully enjoy my weekend and not stress about work or food or anything. I will continue to concentrate on health. And realize I cannot lose all of this flab at once. Each day I become stronger. I love reading workout forums and seeing how people have progressed and how much stronger and happier they are. I think aiming for 30-60 minutes of exercise a day is healthy and not to little or too much. I can do that without freaking out.
