What a change a new diet and 10 days time can make. I went from being ravenous all the time to not wanting to eat. I have my meals planned out every day to get enough fiber, cabrs, protein and fat and I just don't want to eat it all. I have told myself I can eat. I can eat yummy food! I feel no hunger and I have to force myself to eat so I get the vitamins I need. It looks like I will skip the oatmeal tonight since I am over on my protein and fiber anyway and fewer carbs won't hurt. If I do end up hungry later I can add it back with no problems.
I have my lunch, a protein bar, string cheese and like 6 walnut pieces left for work and then I have to eat dinner and have my protein shake! And I would have had oatmeal on top of that. It is 1600 calories, with me burning over 400, I would have still be under my 1,350 for the day. Grrr. MyFitnessPal says you should eat the exercise calories back because the net will still be at the level you want. Yesterday my net was 1032. What the fuck man? I guess I should just tolerate it because I'm sure I will binge this weekend. Well maybe not. I have healthy food so I can control what I eat.
Ok I will only have half my protein shake and use the rest in my oatmeal. Problem solved yay! It lowers my fat to the correct level too. Very nice. Now I just have to eat the rest of my food and I will be fine. I still work out hard and walk around a lot. With the temp being over 100 every day I should be starving. I wonder if my metabolism is slowing down. Or I just eat the correct food so I am not hungry all the time anymore.
