This lower carb thing is awesome. I am eating better and tastier food. I have more energy and I feel better. Plus my stomach has already deflated quite a bit. I never counted carbs before because as vegetarian I thought it was pointless. But now I realize I need to eat good carbs not the processes shit I was eating and that I do need more protein in my life. Luckily tofu, beans, quinoa, and kashi fill that need. I actually haven't had to turn to a large amount of eggs or cheese to do it. I think I am eating less cheese and fewer eggs now too. I work hard to get all of my potassium too. I take supplements for now but I plan to start eating more foods that make up my requirements. Luckily potatoes are a great source of potassium. I LOVE Potatoes!!!
And I realized that wine has tons of carbs so now I drink whiskey haha. i actually love bourbon whiskey and have since college but I didn't drink ti because I thought wine was better. Wrong. I drink less now and it's not as unhealthy. It doesn't turn into I drink whatever the gas station has. Better economically too.
Damn I am sore from working out yesterday. I walked over 2 miles this morning before it got hot. I might do some yoga tomorrow.
