I don't particularly want to update but I feel bad reading other people's diaries if I don't. Tit for tat and all that.
I am working on revamping my lifestyle and food plan and all of that. Fewer carbs and more protein so I can build some muscle. Not low carb (ugh). Like 40% carbs 30% fat 40% protein. Being vegetarian, protein is kind of hard to get because I am lazy haha. And I hate stuff like peanut butter. Time for me to learn to cook tofu and those other cool vegetarian meals.
I started eating more fiber and I am in so much pain it is sad. I just lie on the couch and hold my stomach. I drink water but not enough I guess.
I am still working out but I am making up my own routines so I don't get bored.
Moving back to NYC is making me feel so much happier. My friends are truly thrilled and waited 7 years for me to come back, never giving up hope. That is sweet. I will not miss this city or the people at all.
I bought lentils. I don't think I know what those taste like. And tofu. Being healthy is an odd, odd thing.
