Exhausted and got out of work a bit late so I came home and did 20 minutes of Pilates. Now time to eat and get ready for Law and Order SVU!
Some days I feel so fucking lazy but I have to remember I need to work up to being super strong and full of energy. Just a few weeks ago I barely did anything. Plus I weaned myself off those damn energy drinks that I drank to get through class. No wonder I am dragging every day.
I must be less hard on myself.
Good lord I am sore. I think the combo of shred in the morning, a bit of walking during the day and pilates or yoga at night works. Saturday is the gym or a long walk and shred and Sunday is rest.
I'm enjoying my big salads with cheese hardboiled egg veggie meat and lots of veggies. Tasty and filling and still healthy.
Tomorrow I get to have some wine if I want so I must plan accordingly.
Both my workouts were good today. I paid some bills and am planning for my future. Next week will be good because I should have volunteer training and I will make myself go to fucking toastmasters dammit lol. No gym just toastmasters and home. I'll have met with my advisor already too. I need to go to the doctor too I think. My throat hurts boo.
I think I'm tired of being single.
If the world ends this weekend I'll be dancing to Britney.
