Good grief I've lost 9 pounds this week. That is all bloating from last weekend. I know because I ate 1200+ cals every day and although I did workout, it wasn't super crazy. This weekend will be one of the first in a long time where I don't gain 5-10 pounds of bloat.
I worked out a bunch today. Walked for 52 minutes, did 35 minutes in the treadmill and 20 minutes lifting weights. I went to work, finished my proposal, took it to FedEx (on the bus) and then went to the gym. i walked to the liquor store, then Valero after that to return my red box (inception) and get a new one (black swan). Had a shot and immediately felt it. Made dinner and am watching TMZ. I didn't eat form 4 AM to 6 PM. Which is the only reason I won't go over my caloric limit for the day.
Should watch tons of DVDs before I sell my TV before I leave. 42 inch plasma is made for movie watching.
