I woke up starving for some reason. I made my breakfast for when I get to work and had coffee for now. did my MTV 90s Pilates. I had to get up early to do it since it's almost 40 minutes long. But I feel great.
I need to workout harder this week to make up for slacking this weekend. Plus I want to kick-start my weight loss again. I've been plateauing.
I was very proud that as I walked home I avoided Central Market and the lure of a mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich which I always get with Cheddar kettle chips and then i end up wanting wine. I end up at 1,000 calories just for that one meal. It is very tasty but no appropriate for a Monday night after class. Perhaps this weekend though.
My horoscope for this month looks good. I read AstrologyZone and it is usually pretty accurate. It could be knowing that good things are supposed to happen changes my mood but either way I like it.
