Went to the post office and mailed my app papers.
Then almost 90 minutes at the gym! 35 minutes of weight training and 50 minutes on the treadmill. With the 35 minutes of waling I did (18 minutes to the gym and 18 minutes home) I burned 672 cals.
I am now eating a yummy basil, tomotto and mozzarella sandwich and drinking wine. Way to undo all the work I did haha. But I did well and feel so much better. I like the pain I feel after working out. Not extreme pain, I actually try not to push myself to far. i don't want pulled muscles and to get sick from exercising. Just a little soreness that lets me know my body is working. I ran for a bit and then walked the rest of the time. At 3.7-4.2 MPH. I lifted my weights between 30 and 70 pounds depending on the body part. Nothing too crazy.
I'm now watching Law and Order: CI and relaxing. It's not even 2 PM yet and I've done so much!
Just downloaded a new Pilates workout too. And another one will be done downloading in a few hours.
The sun is shining and I am in a pleasant mood. Not happy because I believe for me happiness leads to misery. But content, which is all I ask for.
