Lack of sleep seems to do me well. I worked out, put together my portfolio and got to work on time. After working out I was 140 so yay! I can tell this isn't the usual water weight because I actually look different and my muscles are more defined. I also made my lunch and snack for today and ate breakfast. Good for me!
I need to stop purging seriously. It just makes me feel so guilty afterwords because now I actually worry about my health. Before I didn't give a damn.
I just want life to be good. I'm trying my hardest. I truly am.
I should start working on my resolutions. Well technically I already am haha. It's good to forget why you are doing a good thing and just do it because it's a habit. I need to develop good habits to replace the bad ones.
