I finally made it to the 30-day shred level 3. I honestly think I am going to throw up now. It was so damn hard. All plyo/jump moves. I am so sore and I just finished. I may not be able to walk tomorrow.
But I did it! I can actually see my ab muscles but they are covered with tons of loose skin, gross. If it doesn't get better by this summer I'm going to have to start saving for surgery. It is beyond disgusting at this point.
