Damn just lost an entry.
Anyway 141 now but the decrease in body fat percentage means I am increasing my muscle mass and that makes me happy. Even my loose skin seems to be decreasing slightly. I think the yoga and Pilates are helping.
I like the steady routine of exercise because I can measure progress quickly. From day-to-day I can feel myself getting stronger and more able to do the exercises. I am even becoming more flexible, though that is a seemingly never-ending road.
I need to buy a lock so I can start going to the gym and not have to worry about my shit being stolen.
It's funny how you remove somethings or some people from your life and life just expands to fill in the holes. I didn't drink this week and still somehow I wasn't bored and I had plenty to do. I don't talk to as many people as I did before but I feel more popular than ever. I somehow also seem to have more online friends than before even though I stopped talking to some. I guess life believed in quality over quantity.
It is freezing and I am so fucking tired. Such is life.
