Just looked at the past 10 months on my scale. In January I was 185 (didn't measure body fat with my old scale). In March I weighed 172 with 35.5% body fat. At one point last year I was 192 with God knows what % body fat.
I now weigh 144 with 23.6% body fat. So to date this year I've lost 41 pounds and at least 11.9% body fat. Form my high weight I've lost 48 pounds. I want it to be 50 because that looks better of course. Or 55.
I'm 5"10.5 or 11". So I'm a very tall chick.
Time to shower.
