I'm just amazed by how much easier the workouts have been this time around. I hope I can finally make it to Level 3. Before I could never do the plank position exercises at all. I would have to leave against a chair to do it or I wouldn't even try. Now I can do them for about 15-20 seconds. And it''s only Day 1 of Level 2. By the end I should be able to do it well.
And the push-ups are way easier. I could feel my muscles agreeing with me to work-out this time.
I doubt I'll workout tomorrow since I'm going out tonight and I will be hungover lol.
Now I've got homework to do, breakfasts to eat and a Wal-Mart to head to (bad grammar I know)
