146 but I lost a whole percentage of body fat so yay!
I want to get down to 139 again with under 20% body fat. The working out I'm doing is increasing the muscle and I'm detoxing like crazy to help my liver and kidneys and stop retaining water. I'm downing fiber too. I broke down and took some lax last night which I used to do a lot in college and swore I wouldn't go back there. But I miss the lighter airy feeling I'd get after they took effect.
Going shopping tomorrow for new clothes and shoes. Might get my nails done at wal-mart tonight but I'm trying to save money so I think I'll do them myself. I also need a cute bra and pantie set. And wal-mart will have to do for that as well. I just want to feel pretty and I don't need to spend a lot to do that. I'm not worth the money.
Need to work on school work so I'm going to work on it at work, then tonight and Sunday. I should be OK. We have a party on Monday at school so I need to buy chips and dip. Haha that class is such a joke we do nothing every week. The 15 page paper we have due will be hard though. I need to start my research on that soon.
