I need to stop weighing myself every day.
Anyway I ate under 900 cals yesterday. It was a miracle that i doubt I'll be able to repeat anytime soon. But the key is making my 1200 cal days seem like a treat instead of a "diet."
I can;t wait to see what I weight by the time I go on my trip to NYC on the 19th. I really hope I meet my goal of 169.
Time to work out again, whoopee.
