I worked out at lunch today for 30 minutes and walked/ran 1.86 miles and burned 215 calories. The goal is to walk/run at least 2 miles and burn 250-300 calories in that 30 minute time frame.
I need a new layout. I love Alice in Wonderland and I love the psychness of this particular alice but I feel like it's hard to read. I will decide later I guess. Too much on my mind.
