trying hard to work for health. removing processed foods and artifitial flavorings from my diet. i ahd about 1480 cals today, which is awesome for me. sad i know. havent purged today. hope to continue. walked for 45 minutes home form work and did 30 minutes of yoga. i ate lots of veggies and some fruit today along with oatmeal hummus and organic blue corn chips. tasty and not too unhealthy. i bough full fat mozz because it only has 10 more calories per serving it tastes better and makes me eat a lot less of it. i refuse to spend my 23rd year with my head in a toilet. i have grown more than that. its been long enough.
