It is bullshit for a company to expect someone who the know is fully employed to leave with no notice to join a company which they know nothing about. It s disheartening though.
I will see how the other company pans out. I passed the interview and preliminary test with flying colors. All I need is a writing test and I'm in. I actually feel good about that one as well and they will surely give me two weeks to give my notice.
Plus I would have been temp to hire at this law firm and the other job is a permanent position right off the bat. I feel like it might pay less and the location sucks but it's a real job and I like the people. So whatever. And if I am forced to stay here we supposedly will get a raise in like four months of something. But I hate it here and I don't want to stay.
Fuck this other place. If I'm not good enough to wait for then you aren't good enough for me to work for.
