Managed to sleep until 4:30 AM today until i fell back asleep after 6 AM for like 30 minutes. Super.
I started level 2 of my Ripped in 30 workout and I love it! I love feeling so much stronger. I hope when I get over my allergies and stop having to take these pills my appetite returns to (somewhat) normal. I don't mind eating less right now but I know that is why I can't sleep and it will eventually affect my workouts and health. I was under 1200 calories BEFORE I included the exercise cals, which is not good at all. I have to take so many more vitamins as well so I get my nutrients. I want my nutrition to come from food not a bottle. I have to keep myself committed to being healthy. It's so easy for me to slip.
I was so tired yesterday but I managed to get some organizing done and do a little work. The days keep ticking by!
