I am so sore! Like actually sore cause I worked out like a motherfucker today and the last few days. I jumped rope which kills my legs and my calves especially. I did the shred this morning, walked over 2 miles, came home jumped rope, did 15 minutes of power yoga and 13 minutes of pilates. Awesome job very awesome!
I like being fit and sore. I go to fitness pages and see the awesome transformations of the people and how hard they work out and it motivates me.
Less than 10 full days til my trip! I want to be fit mentally and physically. I think I can do it!
There is nothing keeping me here. All I do I exercise and think about food.
