I put away my scale for a while because exercise always makes me gain at first and I refuse to get discouraged. The goal is to be leaner and stronger and I think that will happen. Eating less is also getting easier. Only 1205 calories yesterday. I hope today is the same or lower. Not drinking helps immensely.
I have still be sleeping well for the most part with the help of my Valerian root or melatonin.
It's time for me to update my resume and start looking for part-time jobs in NYC. And I need to pick my classes for next semester before I conference with my a visor on Friday. How exciting!
