I did 15 minutes of power yoga and my arms burned so bad I almost actually cried. But it's worth the effort. I think I can do 15 minutes a day or maybe every other day along with my other workouts. I spent time reading weight loss forums (normal, non-ED ones) and these people work out a lot! P90x and Insanity and running and kettleball! I am so out of shape. Need to push myself harder.
No drinking today so that's two days in a row, yay me! The goal is only to drink 3 days a week for the next month. Sad that will be an improvement over my 5-6 days a week right now. Exercise has replaced drinking as my hobby for now.
I register for class next weekend so soon my NYC trip will become a reality.
Back to watching TV and rubbing my sore muscles. Debating on 30 day shred or Pilates tomorrow morning. We'll see how well I feel.
