I love that I have a bunch of Pilates workouts to choose from now. Because each one is slightly different and I end up working mu muscles more. I did a 20 minute workout this morning and it was hard. I knew most of the moves but they were in a different order and a few new ones were thrown in so it was really nice.
I want to be more flexible. Seeing them kick their legs to their heads was very motivating. I do the yoga and Pilates which help. but I need to do more I guess. i won't be doing the splits anytime soon but I want to not be stiff just touching my toes haha.
I made my lunch again today. I ended up at 1550 yesterday, which is better than I expected and way better than this weekend. I am slowly working my way back down. Without the cigarettes I am hungrier but not so much. It's more of an oral fixation actually. So I am drinking tons of water as well. It makes my skin better too.
My coworker seems sad that I won't smoke with him. Really why should he care? I guess he was out of cigs again.
I love my diary because i can bitch and complain or brag about myself without being called obnoxious. We all have our bad moments in life and we should be able to talk about them openly. Which is what I can do here.
