Yay finished 30 minutes of Spanish and 30 minutes of Yoga and I feel very good. My planned schedule is
30-day shred, yoga, and Spanish on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Pilates and gym Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.
Sundays just random shit plus homework and cleaning.
Obviously I will not stick to this every day or even every week. it's more like an overall goal to give me some kind of structure and not get bored or burned out. I can't do anything every freaking day. I'd be so tired.
I have class right by the campus gym on Mondays so there is no reason for me not to go since I'll already be there. The more I do the more I feel I can do.
