15 minutes of pilates is a nice way to start the day. I feel myself doing the movements better each time. I had to stop the 30-day shread because I was bulking up in the wrong areas (shoulders, arms and my stomach was getting bulky instead of lean) and start doing some exercises to make me leaner. I need to alternate, which I wasn't doing. i love what the 30-day shred did for my leg muscles. They look awesome. I just need to move my body in different ways so I look good all over.
My dip tastes great! I can't wait to try it again. i have some new things I want to do,
