I love working out.
I think my exercise obsession is slowly but steadily coming back. I work out every day and walk a lot too. It makes me feel better. If we had a gym at work I'd exercise at lunch too.
My body looks so much better. I can see the toning starting to work and the fat is starting to fade away. I think If I get back to 135 the proper way (meaning while exercising not just restricting and/or purging. I need to do both (all three) of course) then I won't bounce back up so quickly after one bad weekend. The muscle helps.
I signed up to get discount Spurs tickets for being a college student yay! Gotta get those college student discounts. I'm going to check online to see what other perks I can get.
I'm still completely exhausted form this weekend but I can't sleep in when I can exercise. That would make me ill.
I feel lonely sometimes.
