Finally I can update.
Let's see. I threw my scale away because I am sick of the whole thing. I deleted Fitday from my favorites. From now on I am just going to exercise and try to eat without feeling guilty and focus on looking my best and not just the number on the scale. I know that seeing myself going over my set limit of calories for the day adds to my bp so if I don't know then I won't do it.
I have tried everything else this is the last hope.
Next week will be my one year anniversary at this job. A lot has happened and it has been good for the most part. Lets hope the next year is even better.
