I managed to work out at lunch today as much as I didn't have the energy. I copy jasminium's running club interval workout since I am supposed to run at 5k in a few months. It was tiring but not impossible. I wasn't running so much as jogging though.
Once again my goal is to get under 160. I really do look a lot better then. Hopefully by next Monday morning? But it's a holiday weekend so who knows?
Still need to be 135-140 by April 21. That's when I head back to NYC for vacation. I can't let my friends and NYC in general seeing me so fat!
