I am exhausted now because I overexerted myself at lunch. I did 3 miles on the treadmill in 45 minutes and burned 350 calories. I know that is not a lot but I am super out of shape. I can run about 5-8 minutes at a time. But I keep trying and pushing myself.
I haven't had a cigarette is almost a month so that makes me happy. I am trying to improve my shitty health. I have been taking Milk Thistle for my liver and trying to cut back on the drinking. Moderation and all that jazz.
I finally set a realistic and healthy weight loss goal for myself. 135 by April 22 when I go back to NYC. Of course I want to beat that by like 2 months but Fitday says that is only 1.6 pounds per week. I don't want to keep setting myself up for failure.
I am going to a wine tasting tonight. 1180 cals so far. We'll see how I do.
