Around 143 this morning. I think I may be dehydrated though. I refuse to drink the water in my apt. Its gross. SO i drink tea made wiht water and hope that its good enough. At least the water is boiled that way. My face looks a bit thinner so thats nice.
I still have tons of packing to do but its cool cause I want to get rid of as much shit as possible. Packing is good exercise too, so I feel better. I hope to stay under 100 cals today. It shouldnt bee too hard cause I can't buy any food right now, so I have to make due with the crap I have.
My toning exercises seem to be helping. Its been about 2 weeks straight. My arms look better and I am stronger, the push ups got easier. I need to double the leg work and ab work though. I want to be 125 by my birthday which is Oct 7. Thats about 18 pounds in 5 weeks. Hmmmm maybe I should a little hgigher (lower? whatever) and go for 130. I don't want to discourage myself.
