I have decided to detox until Halloween. I have weight to lose and the drinking is getting to be too much. The fact that I am scared that I can't do it is a sign. No c or anything else either or cigarettes. At the very least my skin will look better and my abdomen will stop hurting. Life is getting to be to beige and I need the technocolor to come back.
